OUR NAME
A little about our name, Heart + Sol Adventures. We aren’t just about amazing travel. At the core we aspire to provide women an opportunity to be present with their heart and soul, allowing personal growth and expansion through experiencing the world. The word “Sol,” a Latin word meaning “the sun personified,” is important because it reflects the power of the sun in our own lives and travel. That sunrise experience in Bali became the foundation for including Sol in our name and led us to commit to an amazing Signature Sol Experience during each of our travels.

Our mission at Heart + Sol Adventures is to be a global company that empowers mid-life women to transform their lives by providing opportunities for the world to transform them. We do this by offering adventurous travel experiences, cultural exploration, profound connections, and personal growth.
